My name is Kathilia Edghill and I am the founder and CEO of Wings of Grace Counselling. Wings of Grace Counselling is a Christian Mental Health therapy practice currently based here in Barbados. I am an Individual, Couples and Family therapist, I'm an avid Mental Health advocate, and I am very passionate about each of us intentionally taking the time to take care of our Mental Health. Although there is still a stigma attached to therapy and Mental Health, especially in the Black community and in the Caribbean, the reality is, we all need help sometimes, and there is no shame in admitting that and reaching out for it. My hope is that all of my clients will feel safe, welcome, and move closer to becoming the best version of themselves through our work together.
